01 Experience Audit
For owners who want to identify blind spots, understand what's working, and discover the untapped potential of their accommodation experience.
I analyze the stay from the guest's perspective to identify the gaps between what the property promises and what the visitor actually experiences, detecting concrete opportunities to activate the hospitality potential of the stay.
The client receives: An experience diagnosis, a map of the main touchpoints, a Promise vs. Reality reading, and a report with specific and prioritized recommendations on where and how to intervene.
02 Implementation of interventions
For accommodations with a defined intention, but little to no implementation of that vision into elevated details, a coherent atmosphere, or moments of experiential connection during the stay.
I personally execute the strategic interventions that activate the potential of the stay: from creating discovery moments to sourcing, restoring, or curating objects, textiles, lighting, art, custom guest guides, collaborations with local artisans, and more.
The client receives: The design of agreed interventions, element sourcing, vendor coordination, hands-on styling, and final on-site implementation.
03 Comprehensive Experience
For properties that need to redefine their proposal from the ground up and transform the entire stay into a coherent narrative from beginning to end.
I redefine the core concept of the accommodation by integrating its history, character, and functionality. From this vision, I design and implement the concept in the required dimensions of the stay to transform it into a living, coherent, and memorable narrative.
The client receives: The concept and identity document of the accommodation, the complete map of the guest experience, the proposal of local collaborations and the personal execution and assembly of the entire project.
All services begin with a 30–45 minute virtual call to learn about the property, understand the context, and define the starting point.

Throughout this journey, I have developed a keen sensitivity for identifying precisely which elements unlock—or limit—the true potential of a stay, and the skill to translate that potential into details and moments that organically connect with guests, bringing memorable experiences to life.
Today I put this vision and experience at the service of small short-rental accommodations that possess soul, history or great potential, and that seek to offer their guests something that transcends the mere functionality of a beautiful place to sleep.
My field isn't decoration, interior design, or property management. It's about transforming a stay into a living narrative that the guest can feel, remember, and even carry with them as a source of inspiration for their own life.
